After a major acquisition that made this company one of the largest players in equipment rentals in North America, United Rentals wanted a campaign to communicate their brand and position in the industry. Research found that their customers were under a lot of pressure to perform and needed a supplier that they could count on – so that they could focus on what they needed to do, which was to get the job done. As a result, we set out to tap into this mindset and acknowledge the high pressure situations that these workers face day in and day out, positioning United Rentals as the go-to company for equipment and performance.
